盼望着，盼望着，一年一度的国庆节终于到了。今天是祖国妈妈的生日，举国上下都在庆祝，祖国各地一片欢歌笑语。
国庆节，我和爸爸妈妈一起去了乡下。住在乡下的第二天，我们大家就一起去我舅外婆哪里喝喜酒。
舅外婆哪里真大呀!里面设计的真好看!我们先参观了游泳池。游泳池的水很深，岸边还有一个个的跳板，可惜游泳池现在还没有对外开放，不能在这儿游泳。接着我们就来到了主体育场。主体育场里有许许多多的凳子。下面就是跑道。参观完主体育场，我们就来到了音乐喷泉的旁边，我们大家就开始“玩”音乐喷泉了。在“玩”音乐喷泉的时候发生一件有趣的事情。
音乐喷泉是一个圆形的喷泉，由几层水柱组成不断变化的水柱的图案。我们在最外面的那层水柱戏水的时候，妈妈大声的对我们说：“等最外层的水柱停下来了，你们就进喷泉里面，我马上给你们拍照。”姐姐答应了，我还有点犹豫。这时，我想起姐姐开始在最外层的水柱停了之后她就跑了进去玩，还有许多的人都这样，我为什么不能呢?最后，我鼓足了勇气，和姐姐一起进去，我们顺利的照完了这张相片。
照完了之后，我觉得挺好玩的。姐姐说：“我们姐弟三人一起去音乐喷泉里照张相片。”我马上就答应了。
姐姐抱着弟弟和我一去冲进了音乐喷泉里。这一次可没有上一次幸运了。我们才照完相，最外层的水柱就哗啦啦的往我们姐妹三人的头上淋。喷泉好像在和我们做对似的，我们越想出去，喷泉就越大，就连里面的几层水柱也渐渐地大了起来。我们无法出去了……这时，旁边很多的游人都在看我们的“笑话”呢!
我们一边低着头，一边受这喷泉的“折磨”。大约过了3分钟左右，喷泉慢慢地小了。好象它累了，没有力气和我们在作对了，我们就趁机跑了出去……
我们出来后，休息了一会儿，就继续参观。
回家的路上，看着车外笔直宽阔的道路，还有路边的树木花草，我情不自禁地赞叹：“益阳的变化可真大啊!”

今年国庆节假期，我和爸爸一同去了崇明的“无为寺”。我去那里是为了参加一年一度举办的“八关斋戒”净修营。“八关斋戒”是在家佛弟子在一日一夜内短期体会学习出家生活、长养出世善根、种植出世正因、既清净又殊胜的修行方便法门。因为在平日的学习和生活中，我的内心有时是很散乱的，这次参加净修营，就是想要通过学习和体会这样的方便法门，而使内心得到清净。
这次净修营的安排是非常充实的。早上四点半起床，五点钟全体营员到大雄宝殿上一个半小时的早课。早课上，大家齐诵的“祝愿偈”中有这样一句：“国界安宁兵革销，风调雨顺民安乐”。时值国庆节，我感到这句话是对祖国和人民最好的祝福和祝愿，内心充满了欢喜。早课结束后，大家排班去吃早饭。在寺院里，吃饭的地方不叫餐厅，也不叫食堂，而叫五观堂，因此吃饭被称作“过堂”。对于出家人来说，过堂也是一种修行，要“食存五观”，即于饭食时，需作五种观想。原来在寺院里吃饭都不是那么简单，处处都要提醒自己不忘修行。
除了上早课、晚课和过堂之外，还有法师教授我们过堂的礼仪和规范。晚间大殿上的'拜忏情景更是蔚为壮观，随着法师悲悯的唱念佛号，两单伫立的营员在此起彼伏的跪拜忏悔中，将我们世间积蓄在心头的种种忧惧、哀怨、嫉恨得以沉潜净化。
作为此次净修营中年龄最小的营员，大家都非常赞叹我每天都坚持完成所有规定的课程。每当我步入大雄宝殿，除了感到庄严，更有一种清净的感觉。而这种清净的感觉，正是我所梦寐以求的。因此，我对每一次有上大殿修习的机会都会格外珍惜，同时，我也坚信一个人只要有坚定不移的信念，不论他遇到怎样的艰难和障碍，都会得以坚持下去。
短短的四天净修营生活结束了，虽然时间不长，但是我觉得此次去“无为寺”参加净修营活动要比出去游玩更有意义。如果我去外面游玩，我的内心仍然还是很散乱的，但是我来到寺院里，内心就清静了许多，烦恼顿时也消除了。显然，去到外面游玩只是短时间表面上感到“开心”，而在寺院里，却是长时间地让自己的内心真正地感到清净和欢喜。
这真是一个难忘的国庆节啊！

今年是祖国成立67周年。我们全家利用国庆长假，来到祖国的首都北京，进行了一次爱国之旅。
在北京，我们的第一站是老舍茶馆。我们欣赏了老北京传统的曲艺表演、相声杂技，还看了含灯大鼓和绝活手影。第二天一早，天还没亮，我们就赶往天安门，看升旗仪式。电视里的天安门城楼就在我的眼前。随着国歌声唱响，红旗缓缓升起，红红的太阳从云端露出半个脸，道道光芒四射，我举起手里的小五星红旗，“咔嚓”，爸爸帮我拍下这激动人心的一幕。走进富丽堂皇的故宫，我们参观了宏伟建筑、奇珍异宝和皇家书画展—石渠宝笈。
“不到长城非好汉!”我们的爱国之旅当然也少不了长城这一站。在慕田峪长城，我看到了很多外国人，世界各地的游客都抢着来参观。我们先穿过揽胜台，来到一个两层的烽火台。第一层像个迷宫，有很多柱子。顺着楼梯往上爬，登上第二层，这才是真正的烽火台。它最重要的作用是“警报”。如果发现敌情，边疆的战士就点燃干燥的狼粪，狼烟滚滚且不易被风吹散，远处的战友很快能看到这一信号，并迅速传开，这就叫“狼烟四起”。大部队看到信号知道敌人来了，赶紧前来支援。站在烽火台上，看到山的两侧都是郁郁葱葱的，还有黄色的、红色的一片片点缀着，长城一眼望不到边。真是万里长城万里长啊!
再继续爬过一段，看见一个门，叫“北券门”。这个门是增援边防兵力的通道。又走了一大段起伏的石路，我们来到了一个哨台。它只有一层，但比之前的烽火台还高一点。它是用于观察敌人的动静的。古代匈奴多为骑兵，而我们是步兵。建造长城前，匈奴常常来侵犯中原。有了长城这坚固的堡垒，匈奴就无计可施了。
走回来的时候，已经是晌午，太阳当头照，真的是又渴又累啊!据记载，明长城总长度为8851.8千米，我们参观的慕田峪长城总长5400米，而开放给游客的只有2250米。看着这雄伟壮丽的军事防御工程，我想这得有多少块大青砖垒成的啊?
离开慕田峪长城，我们还参观了我国的最高学府：清华和北大，爸爸告诉我：这里培养了许多世界顶尖的人才。
这次旅游，我长了许多见识，还欣赏了祖国最美丽的风景。北京，我一定会再来的!

我爷爷小时候家住在江苏省涟水县，他上小学时，从家到学校要走3公里。有一年冬天，爷爷的爸爸给他买了一双“毛窝子”《当地的土话》，就是一种用草绳和羊毛编织在一起的鞋子，这鞋子从现代人的角度来看，简直是破旧不堪，而在当时已经是最好的鞋子了。一天下着鹅毛大雪，雪非常深，都过了膝盖，爷爷的爸爸非常珍惜这双“毛窝子”，让爷爷上学的路上穿草鞋，到了学校再换上“毛窝子”，当爷爷到了学校后，草鞋已经湿透了，等到放学后，爷爷发现由于天气寒冷，草鞋已经成了“冰鞋”，根本不能穿，爷爷没办法，就穿了“毛窝子”回家了，结果遭来他爸爸的一顿痛骂：“你怎么这么不爱惜鞋子，难道你不知道它很贵吗?”
后来爷爷上中学了，他以优异的成绩，考到县外的滨海中学，滨海中学离爷爷家非常远。由于当时很穷，连自行车都买不起，爷爷只能走路到学校。从家到学校有30公里路，爷爷平时住校，回趟家不容易，经常是大清早出发，一直走到夜深人静的时候才到家。
而我妈妈上小学的那个年代，她生活在**市后宰门，从妈妈家到学校，需要2公里的路程。我舅舅和妈妈在一个学校，当时他们俩一起上学。每当下雨时，舅舅只能扛着家里唯一的油布伞，合打一把伞，护送妈妈去上学。校园里也很破旧，教室是低矮的平房，课桌表面凹凸不平，旧得几乎不能写字了。长板凳是两人坐的，只要一个人突然起身，另一个人有时就会因为重心不稳而滑落在地……
到我上小学的年代就先进多了，我从家到学校很近，只有1公里的路程，我走一会就到了。有时候，妈妈也骑电动车送我去上学。我们学校的教学楼楼层很高，操场也很大，非常气派。这点点滴滴就体现了家庭从贫穷到富裕的变化，学校的设施越来越好。我想国家的变化也是一样吧!我觉得我生活在这样好的学习环境中比爷爷和妈妈幸福多了。爷爷告诉我：“要感谢我们有个好政府，在的领导下，我们的生活水平才能快速提高。”我一定要好好努力学习，长大才能回报祖国。
